Summary

Our applications are designed to work primarily offline and do not require user accounts or login.

We do not collect, store, sell, or upload personal user files to our own servers. Most data remains locally on the user’s device.

What data is collected

Our apps may process the following types of data:

• No user accounts: our apps do not require account creation or login.
• No cloud file storage: files transferred using our apps remain on the user’s device or are sent directly to another device chosen by the user.
• No personal files uploaded to our servers: we do not upload user-selected photos, videos, documents, or other files to our own servers.
• Technical data via Google services: some apps may use Google Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Google AdMob. These services may process technical data such as device information, app version, operating system version, crash logs, diagnostics, app interactions, advertising data, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP address, according to Google’s policies.

How users can request data deletion

To request deletion of data related to any of our applications, please contact us at:

Please include:

• The name of the application
• Your device type: Android
• A short description of your deletion request

Data that can be deleted

If we hold any support message, contact email, or deletion request related to your use of our apps, we can delete it upon request.

Users can also delete local app data directly from their Android device by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s storage from Android settings.

Data not stored by us

Files transferred inside our apps are stored on the user’s own device or sent directly to another device chosen by the user.

We do not have remote access to these files and cannot delete them remotely.

Photos, videos, documents, and other local files stored on the user’s device must be deleted by the user directly from their device.

Data retained and retention period

Technical data processed by Google Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, or AdMob is handled according to Google’s own data retention and deletion policies.

Support emails and deletion requests may be retained for up to 90 days for security, compliance, and record-keeping purposes, unless a longer period is legally required.

What happens after a request

After receiving a valid deletion request:

1. We review the request.
2. If we hold any data that can be deleted by us, we delete it.
3. If the data is stored only on the user’s device or processed by Google services, we explain what can be deleted locally or through the relevant service provider.
4. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
