1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) The Service

The App provides local and device-based tools that may include file transfer, receive/send workflows, QR pairing, LAN discovery, PC Connect, browser-based local access, local file handling, Secure Transfer, Transfer Resume, Multi-Channel Transfer, Folder Sync, Folder Browser Pro, Vault-related workflows, and other features depending on your device, Android version, permissions, app version, and entitlement state.

3) Free, Premium, and rewarded access

• Free version: The App may include ads and may provide a limited feature set.
• Premium: A one-time unlock purchased through Google Play may remove ads and enable additional features in supported app versions.
• Rewarded temporary Pro: Some advanced features may also be available for limited periods through rewarded ad flows, depending on the current build and feature logic.
• Feature availability: Features may vary by app version, Android version, device capability, network conditions, permissions, and technical constraints.

4) Purchases and billing

• In-app digital purchases in the Google Play version of the App are processed through Google Play Billing.
• We do not directly process your payment card details.
• Payment methods, refunds where applicable, transaction handling, and billing rules may be subject to Google Play terms, systems, and regional requirements.
• Purchase restore depends on Google Play account state, purchase state, entitlement validation, and technical verification.

5) No account system

The App does not require account creation for core usage. Because there is no in-app account system operated by us for normal use, there is no user account hosted by us to delete.

6) Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your circumstances.

7) Your content

• You retain ownership of the files and content you choose to access, transfer, browse, import, export, store, or share using the App.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, transfer, copy, or share any file or content selected through the App.
• You are solely responsible for the legality, integrity, and suitability of the files you handle using the App.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• transfer unlawful, infringing, malicious, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content;
• distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, harmful code, or exploit content;
• attempt unauthorized access to any device, service, account, network, or local resource;
• interfere with, overload, scan, probe, or misuse networks, local devices, or app security mechanisms;
• bypass, disable, or tamper with app safeguards, entitlement checks, feature locks, or technical restrictions.

9) Local network and device responsibility

• The App may use local networking technologies such as Wi-Fi, LAN discovery, QR pairing, local HTTP/browser sessions, and device-to-device transfer methods.
• You are responsible for using these features only on networks and devices you are authorized to use.
• You understand that router settings, firewall behavior, permissions, Android OS behavior, and local network conditions may affect functionality.

10) Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertising, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Ads may be served by Google AdMob or other supported ad services used in the App. Premium is intended to remove ads in the Premium experience, subject to entitlement validation and technical limitations.

11) Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services including Google Play Billing, Firebase, and AdMob. These services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, and technical availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, SDK behavior, policy changes, or external service interruptions.

12) Permissions and platform limits

Certain features require Android permissions or user-selected access through Android system pickers. Some features may be unavailable or limited depending on Android version, OEM behavior, device model, permission state, Google services availability, or other platform constraints.

13) Updates and feature changes

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or remove App features at any time for security, performance, compatibility, compliance, monetization, or product reasons. We are not required to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

14) Security-related features

The App may include security-related features such as Vault flows, PIN protection, local session tokens, Secure Transfer, stricter approval workflows, or other local safeguards. These features are intended to improve security but do not guarantee absolute protection in all user, device, or network conditions.

15) Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

16) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, FILE LOSS, NETWORK ISSUES, DEVICE DAMAGE, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

17) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or limit functionality where necessary for legal, security, technical, or policy reasons.

18) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction that applies to the developer-user relationship, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
