This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimatum Share: File Transfer handles information when you use the Android app.

Ultimatum Share: File Transfer is a local-first file transfer and file tools app. You keep ownership of files you select and you are responsible for transferring only content you have the right to use and share.

File transfer and local network data

The app may process file names, file sizes, file types, checksums, local IP addresses, local ports, QR/session tokens, transfer status and selected folder/location information to provide local device-to-device transfer, receive, export, PC Connect or similar local workflows.

Files selected for transfer are chosen by the user. The developer does not operate a cloud storage account system for transferring your selected files. Transfers are intended to happen through user-initiated local or device-based workflows, depending on the app version and feature used.

Information we may process

The app may process limited app-related information needed to operate, improve, protect and monetize the app, including:

• selected files, received files, local file names, file sizes, checksums, transfer state, local network session details, settings and preferences;
• device and app information such as app version, device model, operating system version, language/region settings and performance data;
• crash logs, diagnostics and technical error information used to identify and fix bugs;
• advertising identifiers, ad request information, ad interaction information and consent signals where ads are shown;
• purchase or entitlement state where the app offers premium features, in-app products or restore-purchase flows;
• Google Play Games profile information such as player name, player icon and player ID where sign-in, achievements or leaderboards are enabled and used by the player.

Local data

Some progress, preferences, selected settings and app state may be stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app or changing devices may delete local data unless a Google Play or platform feature preserves or restores it.

Third-party services

The app may use third-party services depending on the current app version and enabled features. These services process data according to their own policies and systems:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform: used for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention and consent management where ads are enabled.
• Firebase Analytics: used for aggregated app analytics and usage measurement where enabled.
• Firebase Crashlytics: used for crash reports, diagnostics and technical stability signals where enabled.
• Google Play Billing: used for purchases, premium unlocks, subscriptions if applicable, purchase validation and restore-purchase flows where purchases are offered.
• Google Play Games Services: used for achievements, leaderboards or player profile features where enabled.

How information is used

• to provide the app's core functionality and save local progress or preferences;
• to show ads, manage consent and prevent ad fraud where ads are enabled;
• to process purchases, premium state and restore-purchase flows where purchases are offered;
• to support achievements, leaderboards or player profile features where Google Play Games is enabled;
• to analyze crashes, diagnose problems, improve performance and protect app integrity;
• to comply with legal, platform, fraud-prevention and security requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed or shared with service providers such as Google services listed above, when required to operate ads, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, platform services, fraud prevention, legal compliance or app security.

Children

The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the issue.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the app. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Local data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall the app. Data processed by third-party services is retained according to those services' policies.

Your choices

• You can uninstall the app to stop future app processing.
• You can clear local app data from Android settings.
• You can manage ad consent where a consent dialog or privacy options screen is available.
• You can manage Google Play purchases, Play Games settings and account-related controls through Google services.
