These Terms of Service apply to your use of Mahjong Brain Training.

Use of the app

You may use the app for personal entertainment, mahjong-style puzzle gameplay and brain-training style challenges. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts where prohibited by law, or use cheating, exploit, automation or abuse tools.

Entertainment, tools and user responsibility

Mahjong Brain Training is a puzzle entertainment game. It is designed for fun, relaxation and cognitive-style challenge; it does not provide medical, psychological or professional training advice.

You are responsible for your own choices, device use, content, interactions and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

Virtual content and app features

The app may include levels, hints, shuffles, rewards, lives, achievements, leaderboards, cosmetic items, daily rewards and other virtual content. Virtual items and in-app features are for app use only and have no real-world cash value unless explicitly required by law or stated by the developer.

Ads, purchases and third-party services

The app may show ads and may include purchases or premium unlocks processed through Google Play. The app may also use services such as Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase, Google Play Billing and Google Play Games depending on the current app version. These services operate under their own terms and policies.

Updates and availability

We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend or discontinue parts of the app, including content, features, rewards, visuals, events, difficulty, economy systems or technical systems. Some features may require an internet connection, Google Play services, device permissions or a compatible Android version.

No warranty

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted or compatible with every device.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or disable access to app features if there is misuse, abuse, cheating, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
