Summary: Mathjong Puzzle Match provides puzzle gameplay, local progress handling, ads in the free experience, optional rewarded bonuses, and Premium purchase handling on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. You are responsible for lawful use of the App and your device. Premium purchases are processed through Google Play.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) The Service

The App provides puzzle gameplay and related features that may include difficulty selection, game modes, level progression, hints, shuffles, lives, saved sessions, rewarded bonuses, ads in the free experience, Premium purchase handling, settings, themes, sound controls, and other features depending on your device, Android version, permissions, app version, and entitlement state.

3) Free, Premium, and rewarded access

Free version: The App may include ads and may provide a limited feature set or a monetized feature flow.
Premium: A one-time unlock purchased through Google Play may remove ads and enable Premium benefits in supported app versions.
Rewarded bonuses: Some gameplay advantages, such as hints or shuffles, may also be available through rewarded ad flows, depending on the current build and feature logic.
Feature availability: Features may vary by app version, Android version, device capability, Google service availability, regional behavior, permissions, and technical constraints.

4) Purchases and billing

In-app digital purchases in the Google Play version of the App are processed through Google Play Billing.
We do not directly process your payment card details.
Payment methods, refunds where applicable, transaction handling, and billing rules may be subject to Google Play terms, systems, and regional requirements.
Purchase restore depends on Google Play account state, purchase state, entitlement validation, and technical verification.

5) No account system

The App does not require account creation for core usage. Because there is no in-app account system operated by us for normal use, there is no user account hosted by us to delete.

6) Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your circumstances.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
attempt to interfere with, overload, abuse, reverse-engineer unlawfully, or misuse the App, its monetization flow, or its security or entitlement checks;
bypass, disable, or tamper with app safeguards, rewarded flows, purchase validation, feature locks, or technical restrictions;
use the App in a fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or abusive way;
use bots, automation, exploits, or modified environments to manipulate rewards, Premium state, ad delivery, analytics, or normal gameplay.

8) Gameplay, progress, and local data

The App may store gameplay progress, settings, and active sessions locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups you choose to make.
We do not guarantee that local progress or session data can always be recovered after app deletion, device reset, corruption, OS issues, or manual data clearing.

9) Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertising, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Ads may be served by Google AdMob or other supported ad services used in the App. Premium is intended to remove ads in the Premium experience, subject to entitlement validation and technical limitations.

10) Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services including Google Play Billing, Firebase, AdMob, and the Google User Messaging Platform. These services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, and technical availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, SDK behavior, policy changes, or external service interruptions.

11) Permissions and platform limits

Certain features may depend on Android permissions, SDK availability, device hardware, OEM behavior, network connectivity for ads or billing, regional consent requirements, or Google services availability. Some features may be unavailable or limited depending on those conditions.

12) Updates and feature changes

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, rebalance, or remove App features at any time for security, gameplay, performance, compatibility, compliance, monetization, or product reasons. We are not required to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

13) Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

14) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRESS, LOSS OF PURCHASE VALUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, DEVICE ISSUES, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or limit functionality where necessary for legal, security, technical, anti-abuse, policy, or operational reasons.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction that applies to the developer-user relationship, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
