Summary: Mathjong Puzzle Match is an Android puzzle game. The app stores gameplay progress and settings locally on your device. The app may use Google services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and Google Play Billing for analytics, crash diagnostics, ads, consent handling, and Premium purchase handling. The app does not provide an account system for core gameplay.
1) Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Mathjong Puzzle Match (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) accesses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use the App.
2) Information we access or process
2.1 Information stored locally on your device
- Game settings: The App may store local settings such as sound effects, background music, vibration, language, theme mode, tutorial-tip state, and similar comfort or interface preferences.
- Game progress: The App may store local gameplay data such as unlocked levels, completed levels, stars, score, lives, hints, shuffles, Premium cached state, and premium daily bonus state.
- Saved sessions: The App may store a local active gameplay session so you can resume a game later. This may include selected difficulty, selected mode, level number, hint/shuffle counts, retry counts, tile states, and related in-progress gameplay state.
2.2 Information processed by third-party services
The App may use third-party Google services. These services may process data according to their own policies, SDK behavior, and your device, region, and account settings.
- Firebase Analytics: app usage analytics, gameplay event signals, screen interactions, performance signals, and similar analytics data.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports, diagnostics, device/app technical signals, and error data used to improve app stability and troubleshoot problems.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): ad requests, ad impressions, interactions, device/app identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals in the free version where ads are shown.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): consent status and privacy-choice handling related to ads, where required.
- Google Play Billing: purchase state, entitlement validation, purchase tokens, restore-purchase signals, and related billing data necessary to unlock and restore Premium through Google Play.
2.3 Information we do not intentionally request for core gameplay
The App is not designed around account creation, profile hosting, contact upload, camera access, microphone access, or your private file browsing for core gameplay.
3) How we use information
- To provide puzzle gameplay, progress tracking, level unlocking, and session resume.
- To store your settings and gameplay state locally on your device.
- To show ads in the free version, where applicable.
- To process Premium purchase and restore flows through Google Play Billing.
- To improve app stability, performance, balancing, and debugging through diagnostics and analytics.
- To help detect crashes, abuse, fraud, and technical misuse.
- To manage consent and privacy options for ads, where required.
4) Advertising and Premium
- Free version: The free version of the App may display ads, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads where applicable.
- Premium: Premium is a one-time unlock processed through Google Play Billing. Premium may remove ads and unlock Premium benefits depending on the current version of the App.
- Reward-based bonuses: The App may offer optional in-game bonuses, such as hints or shuffles, through rewarded ad flows. Related reward state may be stored locally on your device.
5) Permissions and access
The App requests only the access needed for the features it currently offers.
- VIBRATE – to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay where supported by the device and your settings.
- Network access through third-party SDKs and platform services – to support ads, consent handling, analytics, crash reporting, and Google Play Billing where applicable.
No in-app account required for core use.
No direct payment card handling by us.
We do not sell your personal data.
6) How data may be shared
We do not sell your personal data. Limited information may be shared only in these cases:
- With Google service providers such as Firebase, AdMob, UMP, and Google Play Billing, to support analytics, diagnostics, advertising, fraud prevention, purchases, and entitlement handling.
- When required by law if disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforceable requests, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
- As part of app infrastructure where technical processing by SDK or platform providers is necessary to deliver app functionality.
7) Local storage and retention
- Local settings and progress: remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
- Saved game sessions: may remain on your device until resumed, replaced, cleared, app data is deleted, or the App is uninstalled.
- Third-party service data: may be retained according to the policies and retention rules of the relevant service provider.
- Purchase records: Google Play may retain purchase-related data according to Google’s systems and policies.
8) Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)
- Consent: where required for advertising-related or optional data processing.
- Performance of a requested service: to provide gameplay, progress saving, Premium handling, and other features you ask the App to perform.
- Legitimate interests: for diagnostics, analytics, app integrity, abuse prevention, security, and product improvement.
- Legal obligation: where processing is required by law.
9) Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not presented by us as a children-only app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what may be incidentally processed through normal app operation or third-party SDK functionality.
10) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App’s design. However, no device, network, operating system, SDK, or communication channel can be guaranteed to be completely secure in all circumstances.
11) Your choices
- You can control relevant Android permissions in device settings.
- You can manage app settings such as sound, music, vibration, and theme within the App.
- You can clear local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.
- You can manage ad/privacy settings through applicable Google and device controls where supported.
12) No account creation / no account deletion flow
The App does not require user account creation for core use. Because the App does not provide an in-app account system hosted by us, there is no account deletion workflow for an account hosted by us. Local data remains under your control on your device and can generally be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
13) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
