Summary: Block Buster Vortex provides puzzle gameplay, local progress handling, ads, optional rewarded bonuses, daily rewards, missions, battle pass progress, skins, achievements, leaderboards, notifications, and related gameplay features on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. You are responsible for lawful use of the App and your device.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) The Service

The App provides puzzle gameplay and related features that may include score tracking, board gameplay, special blocks, combo systems, game over continue, daily rewards, lucky wheel, missions, battle pass progress, adventure mode, daily puzzle, vortex events, achievements, leaderboards, skins, skin fragments, background selection, music selection, sound controls, haptic feedback, notifications, ads, and other features depending on your device, Android version, permissions, app version, region, and service availability.

3) Free access, ads, and rewarded features

Free access: The App may be offered as a free game supported by ads and optional rewarded flows.
Rewarded bonuses: Some gameplay advantages, such as continuing a game, receiving bonus rewards, opening reward items, or receiving extra in-game benefits, may be available through rewarded ad flows.
Feature availability: Features may vary by app version, Android version, device capability, Google service availability, regional behavior, permissions, consent choices, and technical constraints.
Ad availability: Ads and rewarded ads are not guaranteed and may depend on internet connection, region, consent status, ad provider availability, and device conditions.

4) Virtual currency, rewards, and virtual items

The App may include virtual currency, crystals, skins, skin fragments, boosters, rewards, battle pass rewards, lucky wheel rewards, daily rewards, event rewards, achievements, and other virtual items.
Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, real money, or external goods or services.
Rewards, events, missions, item availability, values, balancing, and progression may be changed, rebalanced, limited, or removed at any time for gameplay, technical, compliance, or product reasons.
We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific virtual item, reward, mission, event, or balancing configuration.

5) Google Play Games, achievements, and leaderboards

The App may support Google Play Games features such as achievements, leaderboards, and score submission.
Use of Google Play Games features may require a Google account and is subject to Google’s own terms and policies.
Leaderboard scores or achievement progress may be delayed, unavailable, reset, limited, or removed where required by technical limitations, platform rules, cheating prevention, abuse detection, or service availability.
We may take steps to limit, remove, or disregard abnormal scores or manipulated progress where cheating, automation, exploits, modified environments, fraud, or abuse are suspected.

6) No account system

The App does not require account creation for core usage. Because there is no in-app account system operated by us for normal use, there is no user account hosted by us to delete.

7) Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your circumstances.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
attempt to interfere with, overload, abuse, reverse-engineer unlawfully, or misuse the App, its monetization flow, or its security, reward, leaderboard, or entitlement systems;
bypass, disable, or tamper with app safeguards, rewarded flows, ad behavior, leaderboard behavior, feature locks, or technical restrictions;
use the App in a fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or abusive way;
use bots, automation, exploits, modified environments, cheating tools, or unauthorized modifications to manipulate rewards, scores, achievements, ad delivery, analytics, or normal gameplay.

9) Gameplay, progress, and local data

The App may store gameplay progress, settings, and active sessions locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups you choose to make.
We do not guarantee that local progress, rewards, settings, or session data can always be recovered after app deletion, device reset, corruption, operating system issues, service outages, or manual data clearing.

10) Advertisements

The App may display advertising, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Ads may be served by Google AdMob or other supported ad services used in the App. Ad behavior may depend on consent choices, region, app version, device conditions, and service availability.

11) Notifications

The App may offer optional notifications such as daily reward reminders, event reminders, or gameplay reminders. Users can enable or disable notifications through the App settings or device settings. Notification delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on Android version, device settings, battery restrictions, OEM behavior, permission state, and system availability.

12) Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services including Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Games Services, and other Google platform services. These services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, and technical availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, SDK behavior, policy changes, or external service interruptions.

13) Permissions and platform limits

Certain features may depend on Android permissions, SDK availability, device hardware, OEM behavior, network connectivity for ads or platform services, regional consent requirements, or Google services availability. Some features may be unavailable or limited depending on those conditions.

14) Updates and feature changes

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, rebalance, or remove App features at any time for security, gameplay, performance, compatibility, compliance, monetization, or product reasons. We are not required to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

15) Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, gameplay systems, graphics, interface, text, code, audio, visual style, and related content, is owned by the developer or used under appropriate licenses. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or create unauthorized derivative works from the App or its content without permission.

16) Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

17) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRESS, LOSS OF REWARDS, LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS, LOSS OF SCORE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, DEVICE ISSUES, SECURITY INCIDENTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICE ISSUES, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

18) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend, restrict, or limit functionality where necessary for legal, security, technical, anti-abuse, policy, or operational reasons.

19) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction that applies to the developer-user relationship, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
