2.1 Information stored locally on your device
- Game settings: The App may store local settings such as sound effects, background music, vibration, notifications, selected background, selected music, selected visual theme, tutorial state, and similar interface preferences.
- Game progress: The App may store local gameplay data such as score, high score, unlocked skins, selected skins, achievements, missions, battle pass progress, daily rewards, lucky wheel state, crystal balance, adventure level progress, daily puzzle progress, event progress, and similar gameplay data.
- Saved sessions: The App may store an active gameplay session so you can resume or continue gameplay later. This may include board state, available shapes, score, combo state, used continue state, mission progress, and related in-progress gameplay state.
2.2 Information processed by third-party services
The App may use third-party Google services. These services may process data according to their own policies, SDK behavior, and your device, region, and account settings.
- Firebase Analytics: app usage analytics, gameplay event signals, screen interactions, performance signals, and similar analytics data.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports, diagnostics, device/app technical signals, and error data used to improve app stability and troubleshoot problems.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: notification delivery signals and messaging tokens where applicable, used to support optional app notifications.
- Firebase Remote Config: remote configuration values used to adjust app settings, balancing, ads behavior, events, or feature availability.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): ad requests, ad impressions, interactions, device/app identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals where ads are shown.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): consent status and privacy-choice handling related to ads, where required.
- Google Play Games Services: achievements, leaderboards, score submission, profile/game service identifiers, and related gameplay service data if you use Google Play Games features.
2.3 Information we do not intentionally request for core gameplay
The App is not designed around account creation, contact upload, camera access, microphone access, precise location access, or private file browsing for core gameplay.
3) How we use information
- To provide puzzle gameplay, scoring, progress tracking, game modes, rewards, and session resume.
- To store your settings and gameplay state locally on your device.
- To provide daily rewards, missions, battle pass progress, adventure mode, daily puzzle, lucky wheel, skins, achievements, leaderboards, and event features.
- To show ads, including optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads where applicable.
- To improve app stability, performance, gameplay balancing, and debugging through diagnostics and analytics.
- To detect crashes, abuse, fraud, technical misuse, and abnormal reward or leaderboard behavior.
- To manage consent and privacy options for ads, where required.
- To provide optional notifications, such as daily reward reminders or event reminders, when enabled and permitted by the user.
4) Advertising and consent
- Ads: The App may display ads, including rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads.
- Rewarded ads: Rewarded ads are optional and may provide in-game benefits such as continuing a game, opening rewards, or receiving bonus items.
- Consent: In regions where consent is required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent choices related to ads.
- Ad availability: Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, device, internet connection, consent choices, and ad provider availability.
5) Gameplay rewards, virtual items, and progress
The App may include virtual currency, rewards, missions, battle pass progress, lucky wheel rewards, skins, skin fragments, boosters, daily rewards, event rewards, achievements, and leaderboard-related progress.
These items are for in-app entertainment only and may be stored locally or processed through supported platform services where applicable.
6) Notifications
The App may offer optional notifications such as daily reward reminders, event reminders, and gameplay-related reminders. On supported Android versions, users must grant notification permission before receiving notifications. You can disable notifications at any time from the App settings or your device settings.
7) Permissions and access
The App requests only the access needed for the features it currently offers.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS - to send optional daily reward or event reminders on supported Android versions, only when permission is granted.
- VIBRATE - to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay where supported by the device and your settings.
- Network access through third-party SDKs and platform services - to support ads, consent handling, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, remote configuration, and Google Play Games where applicable.
No in-app account required for core use.
No direct payment card handling by us.
We do not sell your personal data.
8) How data may be shared
We do not sell your personal data. Limited information may be shared only in these cases:
- With Google service providers such as Firebase, AdMob, UMP, and Google Play Games Services, to support analytics, diagnostics, advertising, consent handling, notifications, remote configuration, fraud prevention, achievements, and leaderboards.
- When required by law if disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforceable requests, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
- As part of app infrastructure where technical processing by SDK or platform providers is necessary to deliver app functionality.
9) Local storage and retention
- Local settings and progress: remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
- Saved game sessions: may remain on your device until resumed, replaced, cleared, app data is deleted, or the App is uninstalled.
- Third-party service data: may be retained according to the policies and retention rules of the relevant service provider.
- Google Play Games data: scores, achievements, and related service data may be retained according to Google’s systems and policies.
10) Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)
- Consent: where required for advertising-related, notification-related, or optional data processing.

The App is intended for a general audience and is not presented by us as a children-only app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond what may be incidentally processed through normal app operation or third-party SDK functionality.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the App’s design. However, no device, network, operating system, SDK, or communication channel can be guaranteed to be completely secure in all circumstances.
13) Your choices
- You can control relevant Android permissions in device settings.
- You can manage app settings such as sound, music, vibration, notifications, selected background, and selected theme within the App.
- You can manage ad/privacy choices through the App where supported and required.
- You can clear local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.
- You can manage Google Play Games privacy and account settings through Google services where applicable.
14) No account creation / no account deletion flow
The App does not require user account creation for core use. Because the App does not provide an in-app account system hosted by us, there is no account deletion workflow for an account hosted by us.
Local data remains under your control on your device and can generally be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. If you contact us regarding privacy or local data questions, we can provide guidance on how to clear local app data from your device.
15) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
